It has not fallen to heaven, America didn’t suddenly move into its position as a financial superpower. The country would have economic trust, robust institutions and innovation to build an economy that would dominate the international markets. There was also a lot of interest from investors for the stability – even during some crises.

America began to take off in the rapid industrialization period which followed the 19th century. The country grew into an economic giant, featuring factories, Railways and Steel production.

New York City was turned into the financial hub of America. Banks, investors and corporations – avid of growth – converged at Wall Street. Over the years, it has become one of the world’s most powerful finance centers.

The U.S. dollar was increasing in use every time as a medium of business and investment – not just by itself, but also in combination with other foreign currencies.

Many economies were decimated in World War Two, but the American economy survived. It was an opportunity for the country to expand trade relations, develop new friendships and help to improve the country’s international financial standing.

American banks expand their service throughout one another, financing businesses and governments. Their influence enabled the United States to have a significant role in the formation of lending systems, investments in other countries, and economic policies.

The U.S. stock exchange gained into the world’s most important and reliable one. International investors flocked to the U.S. from practically every nation on earth to invest in long-term growth in stable U.S. businesses.

Its military strength bolstered its financial condition, as well. Strong influence around the world helped to maintain confidence in the U.S economy, control of trade routes and economic interests secured the U.S.

Americans lavish buying money on goods, services and technology. It is also a massive consumer market to maintain the economy and business over uncertain times.

Crisis Recovery Skill

The U.S. has had recessions, inflation times and times of market crashes, but always has recovered faster than expected. This improves the country’s overall standing of the financial system and its leadership of the economy.
